• Manage overall Restaurant Operations.

• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.

• Coordinate with all department heads to ensure smooth running of the operation in dining, take away and delivery services.

• Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.

• Familiar with Japanese Foods, and Culture.

• Develop Manpower Supervisor, Server, Helper, Cleaners, Kitchen Staffs,

• Time Management – to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities and be able to multitask.

• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

• Teamwork – to support and share responsibilities of the team in terms of implementing strategic management initiatives.

• Respond to government agencies inspections and lead the government personal during these visits. Manage & Drive internal branch evaluation and incentive programs.

• Planning and coordinating menus.

• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
