Currently seeking a skilled HR Assistant with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the organization.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assist in performance management activities, including coordinating performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
Help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and leave management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
