Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users (phone/email/chat).
Troubleshoot and fix hardware/software issues.
Document incidents and requests.
Assist with software installations and updates.
Ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:

IT knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in technical support is a plus.
