- knowledge of online reservation for low cost carrier.
- Responding to customer’s requirement in a timely manner.

A university degree
- A minimum of Three years of experience in ticketing, reservations, in a tourism industry.
Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre GDS System
Knowledge of Hotel reservation worldwide.
Must be Excellent in English language speaking &writing.
Presentable.
