Experience in Retail Garments and Ladies High End Fashion Items. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 6-8 years of experience in sales management. Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations. Extensive experience in all aspects of Retail Management. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and visit the retail shops regularly. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Location of work will be in Al Ain. Monthly gross salary will be AED 15,000/- + Sales Commission (as per company policy). Preferably Indian Nationals.
