Job Description:
Assuring top-notch client servicing quality.
Manage business units, in terms of orders/sales transactions, financials, & property maintaining.
Communication proficiency whether it’s face-to-face interactions, handling incoming & outgoing calls, chat, emails etc.
Coordinate with different departments & business units for operation efficiency.
Engage with the client retention program.
Qualities:
1+ years of relevant experience. However, freshers who meet most of the other requirements will also be considered.
Excellent customer service skills, preferably gained from a background in BPO (call center), high-end fashion retail, or 5-star hotels.
Excellent English verbal & written communication skills with good accent.
Ability to handle high-profile clients with poise and professionalism.
Proficiency in handling client complaints and feedback, as well as being organized, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Positive attitude with high energy levels.
Technology friendly.
