The Helpdesk Operator will be providing efficient solutions and services to all guests, offering information & support by registering building complaints, building service requests, and safety hazards, via the engineering department’s CAFM system.
The priority of this role will be to ensure all prompt processing of submitted requests, carry out all assigned and task handling, recording and follow up through to completion. Advise the Manager and Department on the day-to-day problems or issues and provide detailed analysis and reports.
About You
If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within facilities management in a similar role and a diploma or degree, a passion and willingness to help others, and excellent communication skills, we would like to invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
A successful applicant must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery and have excellent communication skills, and ability to find solutions and think positively. Ability to assist, engage and follow through methodically with complaints and tasks. Fully conversant with spreadsheets and data handling.
