As Guest Experience Agent, your main responsibilities will be related to all activities relevant to the Front of the House operations such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries. Welcoming guests with a smile and providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions. Handling guest inquiries, supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages and parcels to the guests.

Ensures maximum interaction is achieved with Hotel Guests, specifically VIPs, and that Loyalty card holders are recognized as per their status and receive special treatment as per IHG standards.

Previous experience in a similar role required. Customer service and excellent English communication skills, additional languages preferred. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
