Responsibilities:

Respond to service requests, assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, attend in-person meetings, and analyze and diagnose technical problems.
Support the installation and configuration of devices and networks based on project scope, including computer hardware, software, systems, networks, AV, printers, and scanners.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of application servers, database servers, and cloud servers (Linux / Windows); manage SQL server databases across all environments; configure and maintain database servers and processes.
Monitor the health and performance of the system, carry out troubleshooting and resolution to ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
Create IT support repository documentation and FAQ with regular updates to assist users in resolving common issues.
Handle Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Active Directory, Domain Controller, and Power App tasks, and provide L1 support (onsite or remote) for users spread across various locations.
Identify and solve software, hardware, network, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printer, scanner, telephony, etc. related issues, and actively monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Take preventive and predictive measures to ensure system stability, and carry out data backup and patching of operating systems and applications in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field from a reputable university.
A minimum of 2 years of IT experience with a proven track record as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Specialist, or similar role.
experience in VMware, vSphere, and Horizon setup configuration and troubleshooting VMware infrastructure and Horizon VDI.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS.

Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiarity with a wide range of IT systems, software, and hardware.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
