Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3. Ability to negotiate and close deals ranging from tactical, mid-size opportunities, to strategic, large and complex partners.
4. Preferably experienced min 1 year as sales / marketing / merchant acquisition in payment gateway or any related business.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan sales strategies to meet merchant targets on the acquisition of new key merchants and manage existing Merchants.
2. Reach new merchants and achieve sales monthly KPI.
3. Responsible for Merchants onboarding process until live operational.
4. Maintain merchant relationships to ensure continual growth and sales targets.
5. Work and resolve with internal stakeholders on any merchants disputes.
6. Ensure that all Merchant Business activities and documentation are in compliance and within Merchant Business relevant policies.
7. Monitor merchant sales performance, grow organic sales volume from existing merchants and keep abreast of competition (MDR, payment solutions and trends in market).
