We are urgently looking for a responsible HR Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the HR Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Respond to internal HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Redirect HR-related emails or correspondence to the appropriate person on the team.

Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.

Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda

Support other functions as assigned

Requirements and skills

• Knowledge of human resources processes.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality

• Good organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher.
