Roles & Responsibilities
Answering phone calls (log and transfer calls to the concerned person)
Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.
Monitoring and purchasing stationery items.
Identifying from time to time various vendors for stationery, groceries, and printer supplies that provide quality service and better pricing.
Maintaining a log for employees’ client meetings
Courier booking
Maintain a file for all the documents/invoices received, and then forward them to the concerned person.
Prepare Acknowledgement receipts for Document deliveries
Arrange for the pickup and delivery of various documents and cheques to customers and vendors.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for smart & dynamic personnel who can join our team as Front Office Executive for temporary basis. Someone on a Spouse / Sponsored visa is preferred.
