Requirements
• Requires 2-3 years customer service, import/export logistics, freight forwarding and/or steamship line experience preferred.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service SAP software applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
