- To be an ambassador of the Royal Rose hotel and an example to guests and staff alike offering the highest levels of service and demonstrating strong and confident interpersonal skills on all occasions
- In charge of the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- To ensure that all the housekeeping department standards of hygiene, cleanliness and service are met on a daily basis.
- Organize the daily flow of public areas, rooms, suites and back-of-house areas cleaning in order to release the areas for sale on time in order to comply with the hotel standards, maximizing the guest satisfaction and minimizing guest complaints and disturbance.
- To replace and represent the Executive Housekeeper in his/her housekeeping responsibilities in his/her absence.
- To be a role model for all Housekeeping Department team members by providing them adequate training, support, information, and directions by constantly following and teaching all the hotel procedures and policies related to all the activities of the Housekeeping Department.
Preferably with 5-star hotel experience and who is locally available in UAE.
