Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Assisting in client acquisitions and actively supporting senior managers/principals with business development.
• Leading all main projects while managing and coaching the team accordingly.
• Managing clients’ expectations across the organization.
• Aligning project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc.
Technical skills and other qualifications:
• 4-5 years of experience in Management Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively mainly to Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in implementing operational changes.
• Knowledge and experience in Lean tools including but not limited to, process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM is a plus.
• Fluent command of English is required. Arabic is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel).
• Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
