Duties:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Develop HR policies and job grading.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Monitor HR department’s budget.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Recruitment, onboarding, orientation.
- Employees relations.
- KPI, periodic appraisals.
- Periodic regular analysis of the human resources department
- Annual and semiannual report.
- Payroll,
- Visa, insurance processing.
