Job Description:

The Palm Restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take their orders promptly and accurately.
Suggest menu items and answer questions about the menu.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns they may have.
Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist other team members as needed.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must have a valid UAE work permit.
