Have a development skills in JAVA and .NET/PHP.
Expertise in developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE and .NET.
Familiar with Web environments and web technologies.
Experienced in Testing process.
Experience: 5+ years.
Experience of working in production support projects (this will be an added advantage).
High Level Tasks:
Troubleshoot errors and application issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide support to the entities during the integration and post live.
Provide support to call center agents in case of production issues.
