Job Responsibilities
• Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop the talent strategy needed to support organization growth and build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
• Enhance employees skills, behavior and expertise by providing new techniques of doing work.
• Execute sourcing activities and channels, post job advertisements and get referrals
• Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations for typing submission and other public relations activities out of the office.
• Build, update, maintain employee register, staff files and records of employee movement.
• Prepare appraisal forms and support records such as timekeeping records of staffs and any developmental and corrective actions.
• Process all payroll requirements, incentives, increments, staff loans and all other payroll related subjects.
• Prepare and submit situational reports to concerned management team member or department manager and drafts décor notices.
• Initiate, implement, and manage the maintenance strategies of the facilities of the Company. With an emphasis on planning/scheduling, preventative/reactive maintenance.
• Assist in sourcing, ordering and requisitioning of all parts and materials required for the repair and maintenance of all company vehicles.
Salary based on experience and qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience required.
