Role
•Keep front desk tidy and presentable
•Greet and welcome guests
•Answer questions and address complaints
•Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
•Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
•Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
•Check, sort and forward emails
•Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
•Keep updated records and files
•Monitor office expenses and costs
Requirements
Education and Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in communications, hospitality, or business related fields
•Excellent command of English, conversing and writing; Arabic is a plus.
•Excellent verbal communication
•Good telephone communication etiquette
•Self-organized and resourceful
•Customer-service attitude
•Active listener
•Positive attitude under stress or during periods of high workload
•Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking
•Ability to handle office equipment (telephone system and printers)
•Fast and eager learner.
