Description
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferred in accounts.
A minimum of 2 years of successful experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills in languages – English & Hindi,
A market analysis covering the clients, competition, development, and take initiative and work independently,
Promoting the organization and products.
Attend to clients’ complaints and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Have strong customer service skills and be able to handle objections.
Maintain accurate records of sales inquiries. Prepare quotations for the inquiries.
Maintain customer database and follow up on emails and Marketing calls.
Preparation of Daily and Monthly sales reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems,
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
