An Oilfield Supply & Services organization is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based out of our Abu Dhabi office. This is a new and exciting role to support the growth strategy of our business in the capital.

The successful candidate should have a strategic goal for promoting engineering products and technical services related to energy sectors particularly in oil/gas, petrochemical, utilities, etc.

The key qualifications & skills that we’re looking for are:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering
– Technical background covering oilfield products and services
– Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi market
– 7 to 10 years’ experience in offering and developing technologies related to the energy sector
– Knowledge of new technology such as energy transition, green hydrogen, decarbonization and artificial intelligence would be beneficial.
– Proven Business & Sales Experiences in Energy Segments & EPC Contractors for both brown and green filed projects.
– Familiar with client contracts & PO negotiation processes
– Ability to provide exceptional customer service
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
