• Ability to work under pressure and be available whenever there is a need.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or any similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

• Experience 1-2 Years.
