Experience - Minimum 10 years in HR and 5 years in a HR generalist/advisory/business partner role for a large corporate.
Qualification - Master’s in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
Certification - Certification in specializations like organization development, talent management from SHRM / CIPD / GPHR is preferable.
