Maintenance Planning Engineer - URGENTLY required for Oil and Gas Company in Dubai. Candidate must have a degree in Engineering with 10 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Planning Engineer or Maintenance Engineer in a hydrocarbon processing facility. Knowledgeable in modern planning and scheduling techniques. Must have a good basic understanding of refining operations and processes and able to analyse maintenance tasks, develop task-planning networks, and determine network critical paths. Should be an expert user of computer aided planning and scheduling software with at least one commercial CMMS system and in the use of computer driven business application programs. Must know how to read and interpret engineering drawings and engineering or equipment data sheets.                                   
Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
