Hiring Procurement Officer Experience- 6-8years of Experience in UAE with Event /Exhibition management/Interior industry.
Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases. Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors.
Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided Domestic/ International.
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts; attain several quotations and select the best option
Take calculated professional decisions in a fast paced environment.
Maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing and other procurement data.
Build and maintain good relations with vendors / suppliers
Review and analyze all vendors / suppliers, supply and price options.
