General Manager Required - Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and developing key performance goals and managing the performance of business operations.
• Crafting and implementing growth strategies.
• Ensuring that departments and units deliver quality offerings to clients across UAE
• Creating and managing budgets and budget reviews.
• Improving revenue.
• Monitoring and evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data across the group of companies
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations to the top management.
General Manager Requirements:
• Degree in business management or a master’s in business administration.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive nature.
