Looking for an experienced Production Testing & Integration Engineer with background in OEM and/or RF Electronics to join us in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, you will join our newly formed Operations organization and become part of a diverse and efficient instrumental in establishing highly-efficient production operations function.
Job responsibilities:
Full system testing & Integration.
Assemble and maintain test assemblies and JIGs.
Quality Control (incoming goods, under production, finished products).
Prepare production test methods, and follow process for validation and release.
Troubleshoot production issues (related to manufacturing, material, test environment, equipment, hardware design, etc.).
Bring-up subsystems/boards. Test, run analysis and debug systems/boards.
Perform functional tests of RF components, RF subsystems, digital and analogue components, power supplies, filters and other electrical and mechanical elements.
Provide quality process training.
Managing and writing test cases and defects.
Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies.
Develop automations tools for testing efficiency.
Assist in design, assembly, and test civil and military wireless telecommunication systems.
Requirements:
BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (specialty in telecommunication technology is an advantage).
3+ years of experience on hardware failure analysis and root cause analysis.
Experience with RF equipment such as: Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Cellular Signals Analysis is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to build, test and troubleshoot systems.
Knowledge of electronic assembly and wiring methods.
Knowledge in Cellular Communication (ETSI/3GPP) - is an advantage.
Experience in RF board design - is an advantage.
Other requirements:
Experience in assembly process – cabling, sub-assemblies, jigs.
Experience in quality control (telecommunication/networking devices is a plus).
Strong knowledge of general quality control procedures and methodologies.
Solid knowledge of telecommunication and networking.
Team player with good interpersonal relations.
Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.
Goals oriented – meet goals and due dates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
