Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Australian Immigration & Qualifications.

JOB CONSISTS OF BASIC SALARY AND COMMISSIONS IN AED
TIMINGS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY – 11 AM TO 8 PM
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: •

Relevant subject discipline knowledge may be advantageous. *
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *
Speak to clients in regards to Documentation Collection and upsell more services
Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills. *
The ability to work independently and as part of a team. *
Admin processes *
Experience in sales, client conversations and proven revenue generation skills.*
Efficient email and phone etiquette. *
Responsible for sourcing, head-hunting leads and providing clients with advice on Qualification services. *
Multi- lingual is an additional benefit.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred).
