Job Title: Front desk Officer cum Secretary
Job Description: The Front Desk / Receptionist cum Secretary is responsible for managing leads, phone calls, managing client’s relation, email & support, and handling queries & problems.

Responsibilities for Receptionist

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, helping them navigate through an office and give them coffee’s/refreshments as they wait.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field (1-2 years).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Language: Fluent in English & Hindi / Urdu

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
