MEP Engineer (With Construction Experience Available in UAE and Can Join Immediately.

Purpose of role:
• To monitor the construction progress and control the quality of MEP works to be completed within allowed time and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
• Project monitoring in strategically manner
• Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines
• Familiar with design of MEP
• Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues
• Ensure that all building services meet technical standard and local authority regulations
• Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals
• To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems
• To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work
• Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform other tasks as required
Competencies:
• Understand general knowledge of Project management skill
• Strong communication skill
• Very good at technical skill
• Have a good working attitude
• English proficiency
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or similar
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in similar position
• Computer software literacy – MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional).
