A reputable group of companies with various businesses in Retail, fabrics and uniforms is looking for a Business Development Manager for the following responsibilities:

Develop a sales strategy designed to achieve revenue targets.
Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Update and maintain client profiles on a regular basis, research potential customers and prospects in assigned sales area.
Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the demand schedule
Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information. Working closely with sales team after successful lead generation
Attending industry events in order to generate business leads
With minimum 2-5 working experienced in the same field
Proven excellence in customer service
Excellent communication, phone, and business relations skills
Ability to understand and effectively describe products and programs offered by company
Strong knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate and eliminate problems prior to escalation
Handle customer complaints, ability to de-escalate challenging situations prior to complaints
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts at the same time
Valid Driving License & Car is a must
Own Visa Preferred.
