A successful Telesales Agent has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Key Accountabilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation * Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or other equivalent qualification.
Experience:
• 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or pre sales role.
• Understanding of B2C in consolidated with FM sectors.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and can work independently to close business.
• Committed to completing tasks and objectives.
• Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient on Advance level
