Minimum 5 years UAE Experience in as Joinery Production Supervisor – Responsible for :: Managing all production activities from inception to delivery & Installation. Production planning, Scheduling, Quality assurance, Health & Safety, Managing teams of Carpenters, Painters and maintaining balance of workers in all departments. Meetings with suppliers. Recruitment process. Motivation of team. Material calculation. Project dead line. Maintaining machinery & other company assets. Smooth operation. Training & inspiring teams of workers & reviewing the work performance of subordinate. UAE Driving licensee is must.
