WE ARE HIRING! E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Junior Couture, the world’s fastest growing e-commerce site for children’s designer clothes is looking for an E-Commerce Executive with UAE experience to join our team!

Job role and responsibility:
• Handle customer calls and inquiries regarding pricing, general product information, order status, delivery status and sales returns.
• Process customer complaints regarding issued products, documents, and other relevant concerns.
• Ensure customers satisfaction and promote world class customer service.
• Process order, from sales order acknowledgement, delivery or airway bill, and invoicing.
• Control e-commerce portal content including adding and removing products, change in prices, etc.
• Coordinate with various department to ensure proper stock level details.
• Ensure existing products are correctly listed online with correct data and images
• Perform other related tasks as needed or assigned

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Commerce, Communication, or any related courses
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling customers and E-commerce or Online selling
• Expertise in digital marketing and online sales
• Bilingual speaker fluent in English and Arabic (writing, listening, and speaking skills required).
