Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

(2-3 UAE years’ Experience)

• Excellent spoken and written English language

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent organizational and has good time management skills & confidentiality

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

• Highly organized and a team player

• Resourceful and ability to work independently

• Integrity and professionalism

• Attention to details and follow up skills

• Strong time management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability

• High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manning the front desk and providing general support to office guests/visitors.

• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment to all visitors and staff.

• Greetings clients and other visitors and directing them to the appropriate members.

• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager.

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies

• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary and ensuring the maintenance of the office

• Maintaining good level of discipline and service standards.

• Abide to operational policies and procedures, including safety and security.

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies

Performing other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned.
