A Telesales cum Customer Services representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.

Bringing new clients and making new business collaborations (collects targeting database, approaching, negotiating and closing the deals)
Follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Computer Knowledge MS Office, Outlook Emails
Education Bachelor

1 Year experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
