Mechanical Engineer for Automobile Graduate
Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.
Take ownership of the day-to-day performance, and ongoing training, of the Service Advisor team.
Monitor customer satisfaction data and ensure that expected levels of performance are achieved.
Deal promptly and empathetically with customer complaints

Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the Service Area.
Develop and implement systems to record, file, and store information pertaining to client inquiries.
