Recruiter – Sales Domain within the Real Estate Industry

Purpose of the Job:
The Recruiter will be completely focused on attracting top class Sales Professionals from the Real Estate Industry through their connections network and of course working on professionally active sourcing channels. If the incumbent has connections within the Hospitality Industry it will be an definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Ability to penetrate the market and attract passive job seekers through various sourcing channels.
• Impeccable Telephone Etiquettes, Pleasing manners, good ice-breaking skills are an absolute advantage.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and delivery both quality and quantity.
• Continuously Improving by adopting to new techniques related to 4S – Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting and selection techniques.
• Familiarity with behavior-based techniques (STAR Model) will be a huge advantage.
• Ability to work around KPI’s and desired objectives.
• Be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, recruitment portals and referrals
• Comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through effective interviewing skills
• Excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
• Committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualification:
• UAE experience will be an advantage
• Proven work experience, minimum of two years as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
• Real Estate sales recruiting experience is an absolutely non-negotiable for the role. (Hospitality experience will be an extra advantage of candidature to be the shortlisted)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and is a must
• Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite with very specific exposure to MS Excel, PPT and aesthetic dashboard preparation.
