• Preparation of legal contracts
• Review of intercompany & client contracts
• Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal material.
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
• Responsibility for all litigation and disputes including legal representation, offering advice on legal issues, review quality.
• Investigate legal claims and complaints by or against the company, prepare reports and/or opinions based on findings to ensure that top management is made aware of all aspects of the legal claims and complaints and the associated risk.
• Provide legal support and advice to management on relevant legal issues.
• Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.
