We are hiring Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination with client for air tickets booking, rescheduling and other requirement if any.
Responsible for the coordination with client about their requirement of conference organizing, hotel booking, vehicle rent, and other related services stipulated in the contact or working orders.
Coordinating with internal and external air tickets operation teams in high efficiency to meet the client’s requirement.
Coordinating with internal and external vehicle renting companies for the rent of cars to meet the satisfactions of the client if any.
Prepare and send official quotation for above services to client and follow up each working order as per client’s request.
Any other work required by company.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in tourist or air tickets booking, or conference organizing or any other related domain in UAE.
UAE driver license is preferable.
Fluent in English and can be used to daily work. Arabic speaking can add value to the candidate.
Caring, enthusiastic, easy-going, clients oriented, and ambitious for career developing.
