We are an Interior Fit-out manufacturing Company based in Jafza and currently looking for the following position;

Site/Project Engineer (Condition: Approved by Dubai Municipality for Building Maintenance)

Requirements.
• Report to the Project Manager
• Ability to understand Architectural / Technical drawings
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Ensure site complies with guidelines of health, safety, and security
• Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations
• To raise and discuss relevant issues at the project review meetings
• Meetings with the subcontractor to resolve site problems
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates
• Being able to work with one or more teams.
