Full Job Description

Works closely with Sales & Finance department.

Responsible for receiving shipment and safekeeping of all stock located within the warehouses.

Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing (deliveries) of all goods/materials shipments from the warehouse.

Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.

Prepares invoices and reports.

Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on invoices/contract documents and prepares discrepancy reports for any item, not in compliance.

Prepares ahead of time all items for dispatch to clients.

Performs other duties as assigned to support salespeople when required.

Works within the company’s policies, objectives, and quality management system.

Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable.

In addition to monthly salary accommodation and transportation will be provided.
