A Group of Medical Equipment Trading Company based in Dubai & Ajman is looking for an experienced accountant to take care of all accounting related matters and handle admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Preparing quotations, invoices, statements of accounts
– Monitoring and recording petty cash expenses
– Preparing and processing monthly salaries
– Recording receipts and payments
– Recording supplier invoices, reconciliation of SOAs
– Monitoring receivables and following up outstanding payments
– Posting journal entries, reconciliation of accounts
– Monitoring payables
– Preparing bank reconciliation
– Preparing VAT reports and filing them
– Performing admin tasks such as answering enquiries and resolving issues from clients and suppliers by phone and email
– Book keeping and preparation of financial statements and reports
– Prepare weekly cash position reports
– Maintain legal documents such as employees files, vehicles and other official documents and monitor expiry of each and every document Requirements:
– Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
– 2+ years of accounting experience
– Strong communication skills
– Strong financial analysis skills
– Strong organizational and stress management skills
– Proficiency in accounting software(tally), Microsoft office and analytical tools
– Ability to work under pressure
– Available to join immediately.
