Avis Rent A car, UAE is actively searching for a Car Rental Supervisor.


Job Responsibilities:

Leading the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels.
Applying strong team-building skills through goal-setting, motivation, and follow-up to reach the set goals.
Coach and train the team to meet the specific business target.
Ensuring that the employees follow their schedules/rosters properly as designed.
Self-Motivated for new ways continually, to increase the opportunities of sales.
Maintain vehicle utilization, revenue comparison, NPS reports, and make sure the availability is based on SLAs.

Skills required:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the car rental industry.
Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines from multi-staff members within the department
Must have good supervisory and strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
