Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting
Qualifications: A degree in Finance & Accounts or related professional
qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA).
Desired Exposure:-
– Experience in consolidation of accounts with foreign subsidiaries.
– Experience in Finance/Accounts/Banking and Audit.
Job Summary:-
• Preparation of consolidated accounts of the Group on periodical basis
• Preparation of quarterly financial and management reports
• Assist in periodical review of financials and monitoring performance of the
Subsidiaries.
• Assist and ensure timely completion of Audit of Consolidated accounts
• Compile and prepare Group annual operating plan and long-term business plan
• Coordinate with Subsidiaries and compile periodical Group cash flow statements
• Compiling information for preparation and production of Annual Report
• Review of Related Party transactions and reconciliation of balances.
