Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly reports Xs
Prepare scheduled excel sheets
Order office supplies and research new deals
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile reports
Provide general support
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list.. etc.
