Urgently required accountant for a reputed construction company.
1. Prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
2.Recording all accounting transactions
3. Manage payroll and provide relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
4.Validate invoice in the system and monitor payments as per agreed terms.
5.All bank reconciliation, handling bank accounts, checking & verification all banks charges.
6.Ensure all financial management reporting deadlines are met.
7. VAT filing.
8.Proper maintenance of receivables & payables details.
9. Petty cash handling
Requirements:
• Work experience from construction industry most preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or finance
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in accounting/finance
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and familiarity with relevant accounting software Tally.
• good communication skills in English and Hindi.
