We are looking for a Sampling Supervisor for our Sampling Unit in Dubai. The suitable must obtain the below qualification and capabilities.
• Manage the team of 30 sample tailors, cutters, ironer, and helpers.
• Fluent in Hindi, English is required – must be able to read and understand the tech pack for Construction, BOM and Measurements.
• Follow up the sampling from cutting to on time dispatch of samples.
• Assign daily production target to Sewing Machine Operators
• Responsible for Quality standards of all garments at the section; Inspects work for adherence to specifications and standards
• Trains workers in assembly for new style; coaches, mentors and assigns them targets
• Supervises coordinates activities of workers engaged in sewing, pressing, and inspecting in the stitching section
• Notifies mechanic when machines malfunction.
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules and targets
• Maintaining the record of samples and operator per day production and Invoicing and packing of samples.
The budget for this role is AED 2000 plus free accommodation and other benefits.
