Our Ajman based office is looking for Female Secretary.
She must have working experience in a MEP Contracting company.
She must have a valid UAE visa (Cancelled or Tourist).
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be Philippine nationality.
Salary to be discussed upon interview and depends on experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing diaries & itineraries of MD and making appointments.
• Managing staff attendance etc.
• Preparing and distributing papers and documents; scanning & filing
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Drafting letters and invoices
• Answering the phone and answering queries
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Photocopying and printing
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Using various computer packages – Word & Excel
• Other secretarial jobs assigned by the superior.
